Who Am I
My name is Nick Lemberger and for the past 6 years I have been working as the Chief Marketing Officer for Venture Suite. We are a digital marketing agency who’s primary focus is scaling service based businesses from 7 Figures to 8+ Figures.
I feel in love with the psychology of why people buy what they buy. Why do some chose Coke over Pepsi? Is it the flavor or the actually product or is it who has the better marketing. It’s a fun game to play because I don’t think it will ever be solved in my lifetime.
But that is the main reason for this website. Most often the best product or service loses. You could have million dollar printing solution but your customers will go running to your competitors that have nice flashy marketing. My Philosophy
I think it’s important to give you an understanding how I think and my approach to marketing. So I’m going to outline some of my main philosophy’s at this given time. I have a feeling they will change as I continue to grow and evolve but for the time being here is my outlook.
Marketing Is A Numbers Game
The easiest way to grow a business is to look at all of your numbers and see what can be improved. Without it you will be blindly working on your business without really knowing if it is helping you grow. Then if things start to turn sour you will know exactly what is bottlenecking your growth.
Stand Out
In todays world there is so many other people and business’s trying to grab the attention of your prospects. The only way to grab attention is to stand out from the rest. Be something new and unique. Don’t just try to be a little better than your competition.
Automation Is Key
Growing a business creates a lot of moving parts. The more that can be automated the better. If you can have an opt-in page that automatically adds that lead to an email list that will send out 3 emails in the course of a week that saves you time to work on high leverage tasks to keep growing your business.
Only Work With A Level Talent
If you want to hire on a team to help with your email marketing, great! But make sure that they are A level talent. I’ve seen many CEO’s have to babysit their other departments and take their eyes off the ball when they should be focusing on growing the business. The thing is sometimes you don’t know if they are doing exactly what you need them to do. This is where I can help out also.
